SCORPION® 2 Temperature Sensor Array
The SCORPION® 2 Temperature Sensor Array utilizes a series of sensors to create a precise end-to-end and side-to-side temperature profile of your oven conveyor belts. These sensors measure air temperature from the conveyor, the air above the conveyor, and any air rising through the conveyor. Given the wide range of temperature zones present throughout the baking process, understanding how your products are being affected by the surrounding environment helps prevent overbaking, underbaking, or inconsistent baking.
All data is then compiled and saved into a thermal profile with our SCORPION® 2 Data Logger, which can then be analyzed later with our SCORPION® Software Version 8 (SV8). This data is processed and visualized through either a 2D Line Graph or a 2D Contour Graph, allowing intuitive analysis of temperature consistency and variation.
